KZ Partner Program Terms

1. Product-sales based program

Partner earnings are generated only from qualifying KZ Mart product sales. No commission is earned merely for recruiting another partner.

2. Referral attribution

Each qualifying order is assigned to one referral partner. KZ Mart may review and correct attribution when evidence shows an error or abuse.

3. Commission pool

KZ Mart controls the maximum commission pool. Approved partners may allocate part of their available pool to direct downline when their account has permission. A child allocation may never exceed the sponsor's permitted allocation.

4. Qualification, cancellations and refunds

Pending commission may be voided when an order is cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, unpaid or otherwise non-qualifying. Commission becomes withdrawable only after the configured validation and holding period.

5. Marketing conduct

Partners should use current official KZ Mart marketing materials and must not make false claims, invent discounts, misrepresent products, spam customers, or advertise expired promotions as active.

6. Payouts

Payouts are subject to minimum balance, account status, verification and the payment information snapshotted when a request is made.

7. Account controls

KZ Mart may suspend login, referrals, wallet access or payouts while investigating suspected abuse, security issues or policy violations. Financial history is preserved even if an account is archived.

8. Taxes and compliance

Partners are responsible for any personal tax or reporting obligations applicable to their earnings. KZ Mart may require additional information where legally necessary.
